Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "cas77" or "the Platform" refers to the online gambling and sports betting platform operated under the domain cas77.vip and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and API endpoints.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the cas77 platform, uniquely identified by a username and associated with a single verified individual.
• "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an Account on the cas77 platform and is subject to these Terms & Conditions.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Member's cas77 Account wallet, expressed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or the equivalent cryptocurrency value at the time of transaction.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback awards, or other incentive-based allocations credited to a Member's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by the Member or winnings derived from wagers placed with real money that are free of wagering requirements and eligible for withdrawal subject to verification.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required by cas77 before processing withdrawals or granting full Account functionality.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games or markets before it can be converted to Real Money Funds and withdrawn.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game round placed by a Member using Account funds on any product offered by the cas77 platform, including sportsbook markets, casino games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and card games.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the cas77 platform is unlawful under applicable local law.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond cas77's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, network infrastructure failures, or cyber attacks.

Eligibility & Jurisdiction

Access to and use of the cas77 platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, which must be satisfied on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform. This minimum age is strictly enforced and reflects both legal convention and cas77's internal responsible gaming policy.
2. Geographic Eligibility: The cas77 platform is primarily directed at residents of Indonesia. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are accessing the platform from a location where doing so does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or governmental directive.
3. Legal Capacity: You must possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence. You must not be subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into contractual obligations.
4. Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Registering multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.
5. Self-Exclusion: You must not be currently subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order. Attempting to register a new Account while under self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the cas77 platform, you must register an Account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and the ongoing maintenance of your Account:

1. Accurate Information: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for selecting a strong, unique password for your cas77 Account and for maintaining the confidentiality of that password. cas77 will never ask you to disclose your password through any channel, including email, live chat, telephone, or social media.
3. Notification of Breach: You must notify cas77 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account credentials have been compromised, if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, or if you become aware of any security incident affecting your Account.
4. Account Transfers: Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your Account, your login credentials, or any funds or entitlements associated with your Account to any third party.
5. Account Closure by Member: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting cas77 support. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure before closure is finalised. Any Bonus Funds remaining at the time of closure will be forfeited.
6. Inactive Accounts: An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. cas77 may apply an administrative fee of up to Rp 50.000 per month to inactive Accounts after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. If the Account Balance reaches zero, the Account may be closed.

Identity Verification (KYC)

cas77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed and may be required at any subsequent point in your membership at cas77's discretion.

The standard KYC documentation required includes, but is not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed copy of a government-issued photo identification document. Acceptable documents include an Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM). The document must be current and not expired.
• Proof of Age: Your date of birth as shown on your identity document must confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. cas77 reserves the right to request additional documentation if the date of birth is unclear.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your full name and current residential address in Indonesia.
• Payment Method Verification: Depending on your deposit method, cas77 may request confirmation of ownership of the bank account, e-wallet, or cryptocurrency wallet used for transactions on the platform.

cas77 reserves the right to suspend Account access, withhold withdrawals, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities if a Member fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time frame, or if the documentation provided raises concerns about the Member's identity, age, or the source of funds deposited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

cas77 supports a range of payment methods to facilitate deposits and withdrawals for Indonesian residents. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method. The current schedule is published in the Cashier section of the platform and may be updated from time to time.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or the equivalent cryptocurrency value at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
• cas77 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your bank, e-wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network may apply its own charges, for which cas77 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits made by credit card issued in the name of a third party are not accepted. All funds deposited must originate from a payment instrument registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. cas77 will not process any withdrawal to an Account that has not completed the KYC process.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, as part of cas77's anti-money laundering controls.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per calendar month. Current limits are published in the Cashier section of the platform.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–3 business days for bank transfers and 15–60 minutes for e-wallet and cryptocurrency withdrawals, subject to network conditions and internal review requirements.
• cas77 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, incomplete KYC documentation, or an outstanding bonus wagering requirement on the Account.

5.3 Currency & Exchange Rates

All Account Balances are maintained in IDR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to IDR at the exchange rate prevailing at the time the transaction is confirmed on the relevant blockchain network. cas77 uses a reference rate based on major global cryptocurrency exchanges. Exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal do not entitle a Member to any additional payment or compensation from cas77.

Bonuses & Promotions

cas77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's supplementary terms explicitly state otherwise:

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified Members who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each individual promotion. cas77 reserves the right to exclude any Member from a promotion at its sole discretion, particularly where there is evidence of bonus abuse or irregular betting patterns.
2. Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before any portion of the Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified expiry period will result in the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings being forfeited.
3. Eligible Games and Markets: Not all games and betting markets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contributions vary by game category as follows: slots typically contribute 100% of each wager; live casino games and table games contribute 10%; sportsbook wagers placed at minimum odds of 1.50 contribute 100%; togel markets contribute 50%. 4. Minimum Odds: For sportsbook bonuses, wagers must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 per selection to qualify toward wagering requirements. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets must meet a minimum total combined odds threshold as stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
5. One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on a Member's Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms. Attempting to claim a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of one or both bonuses.
6. Bonus Abuse: cas77 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: hedging, arbitrage betting, low-risk play patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and collusion between Members. Where such activity is detected, cas77 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the Account pending investigation.
7. Promotional Changes: cas77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Ongoing promotion periods will be honoured up to the point of modification unless technically impossible or legally required to do otherwise.

Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply across all product verticals on the cas77 platform. Specific rules for individual game categories, sports markets, togel draws, and card games are published in the dedicated Rules sections of each product area.

1. Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by cas77. cas77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, particularly where a technical error, manifest pricing error, or integrity concern is identified before or after the bet is placed.
2. Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per wager and are displayed at the point of bet placement. Limits may vary by market, game, or Member account tier. cas77 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake limits without prior notice.
3. Voided Bets: A bet may be declared void where: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the odds or game result were posted in error; a technical fault affected the integrity of the game or market; or the event outcome was already determined at the time the bet was placed. Voided bets are refunded to the Member's Account Balance at the original stake amount.
4. In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid odds movements reflecting real-time event developments. Bet acceptance during in-play markets may be subject to a short delay to allow for market reassessment. cas77 accepts no liability for losses arising from delayed or rejected in-play bet submissions.
5. Disconnection Policy: In the event of a network disconnection during a casino game round, cas77's server-side records of game state shall be the definitive authority for determining the outcome of any interrupted game round. Funds will be credited or debited in accordance with the server-side result.
6. Currency of Settlement: All winning bets are settled and credited to the Member's Account Balance in IDR at the odds applicable at the time of bet placement. No subsequent odds movements affect already-accepted bets.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cas77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or use the platform while under 21 years of age.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether directly or through a proxy, family member, associate, or third-party service.
• Fraudulent Deposits: Initiating chargebacks on deposit transactions, using stolen or unauthorised payment instruments, or otherwise misrepresenting the source of deposited funds.
• Money Laundering: Using the cas77 platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or to otherwise obscure the origin of illicit funds through betting activity.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other Members, cas77 employees, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, share hole-card information in poker-style games, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to place bets, interact with casino games, or otherwise operate an Account without genuine human control.
• Match-Fixing and Integrity Violations: Placing bets on events in which you have, or may have, inside knowledge of the outcome, or participating in any activity designed to corrupt sporting or gaming outcomes.
• Exploiting Technical Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, game malfunctions, pricing errors, or other technical faults to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided and the Account may be closed.
• Abusive Conduct: Using threatening, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise abusive language toward cas77 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the cas77 platform — including but not limited to the cas77 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, software code, graphics, photographs, video content, game interfaces, text copy, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of cas77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cas77 platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any portion of the cas77 platform or its content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the cas77 platform.
• Create derivative works based on cas77's intellectual property, including using the cas77 brand name or logo in any context not expressly authorised.
• Use any data scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction tool on the cas77 platform without explicit written permission.

Any unauthorised use of cas77's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent of applicable law and may result in claims for damages, injunctive relief, and Account termination.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cas77's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort, negligence, statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cas77 shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary:

• Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, or business opportunity.
• Loss of goodwill or reputational damage.
• Losses arising from Force Majeure events, including network outages, server failures, or events beyond cas77's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from the Member's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Losses arising from a Member's reliance on inaccurate information, statistical data, or content published on third-party websites not operated by cas77.
• Losses resulting from delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing due to third-party payment network delays outside cas77's control.

Privacy & Data Protection

cas77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key points regarding data handling include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• cas77 applies industry-standard encryption (256-bit SSL/TLS 1.3) to all data transmitted between your device and the platform's servers.

Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations with automated logout and on-screen prompts when the limit is approaching.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your total time played and net session result, presented at intervals you configure.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily lock your Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. Self-exclusion orders cannot be reversed before the selected period expires. All promotional communications cease immediately upon activation.

Amendments to These Terms

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a Member and cas77, the following process applies:

1. Informal Resolution: Members are encouraged to contact cas77's support team at [email protected] in the first instance. cas77 aims to resolve all Member complaints within 5 business days of receipt of a written complaint containing full details of the issue, the Account username, the relevant transaction IDs, and the outcome sought by the Member.
2. Formal Complaint: If the informal resolution process does not produce a satisfactory outcome within 14 days, the Member may escalate the matter to cas77's formal complaints procedure by submitting a written complaint clearly marked "Formal Complaint" to [email protected]. cas77 will acknowledge the formal complaint within 3 business days and provide a final written response within 28 business days.
3. Binding Arbitration: If a dispute remains unresolved following the formal complaints procedure, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
